Marvel and The Avengers will be returning once again to Fortnite Battle Royale this week.

A date, posted on the official Fortnite Twitter alongside a screenshot teases players of what is to come to the game on the 25th of April, just a day before Avengers: Endgame hits the big screen.

The only clue given to players so far is the screenshot that was provided of a Fortnite character holding Captain America’s famous shield alongside the tag “whatever it takes”.

Players will be hoping that they will be given the ability to purchase Avengers based characters and skins although most likely it will simply be a limited time mode like the last collaboration.

Last year, the popular Battle Royale game was greeted with the arrival of a limited time game mode that saw Thanos try to conquer 99 other players. The Infinity Gauntlet LTM would allow players to collect the Infinity Gauntlet from a meteor that would land somewhere on the map. Once consumed, it would allow players to transform into Thanos and have access to four ability including a super jump and mighty punch.
