Call Of Duty Twitch Rewards Are Back For Season 3

Posted Apr 30, 2020 by DarthHazard

As with every major update for Call of Duty, Twitch Reward drops are back, and players can earn some great cosmetics for simply watching streams.

Season 3 introduced new maps, modes, and a brand new Battle Pass with over 100 rewards to both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. And now players can earn some cosmetic rewards for simply watching Call of Duty streams on Twitch.

Starting from the 29th of April until the 6th of May (10 AM PT), players can earn rewards, which can then be equipped in-game.

This time around, the rewards include:

  • “Swing into Action” calling card for watching 1 hour of streams
  • “Skull Trooper” emblem for watching 2 hours of streams
  • “Crimson Standard” watch for watching 3 hours of streams

As ever, players can choose to complete it all at once or return at different times to earn all three rewards. The Twitch stream can also be kept running in the background whilst you do something else.

It’s important that you relink your Twitch account and your Call of Duty profile as you may not receive the rewards otherwise. To do so, make sure to go to your Call of Duty profile (https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/login), unlink your Twitch account and then relink it.

Once that is completed, simply watch any Modern Warfare or Warzone streams that have drops enabled. Streams with drops enabled will have a message just below the video player mentioning that “drops are enabled”.

Will you be trying to earn these new cosmetic rewards? And which of the free rewards is your favourite? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
