Handheld for Microsoft? Microsoft
Why don't Microsoft get into the handheld market? Nintendo has made quite a few handheld consoles and Playstation has made a couple of them....why doesn't Microsoft try to compete?

I feel like Microsoft have always just made consoles in a way a handheld console would be a little bit of a stretch considering what the gaming community is like nowadays when it comes to Console such as the Xbox and PlayStation.
With cell phones I feel like the mobile gaming market will be divided. Not much room there.
Same reason Sony is planning on letting their attempt die out, it simply isn't worth it. You'd have to out-class Nintendo in that market, which just isn't happening. Microsoft already has another game plan in mind, that being the "Play Anywhere" initiative.
