When was the last time you cried? For me it was this morning. I hit my twisted knee on a chair and man did that hurt. A lot. This knee is just not healing like it should

Been a few weeks. Had banged my big toe against a hard stair pretty hard.
There is a stereotype that society tells men that we shouldn't cry or display emotions. But, it's natural to do so, and it's better out than in. Although I can't recall specifically when I cried, I tend to get more frustrated and angry about the situation.
