Twisted Knee The Lounge
I twisted my knee Tuesday night and it hurts a lot. Has anyone done this? I slipped and fell on our deck that was covered in rainwater. What do you recommend for it? I have done ice and Ibuprofen so far.

I've never twisted my knee but I have dislocated my kneecaps several times. It's one of the most painful things I can imagine. As a precaution with knees I would always recommend a visit to the doctor. Don't want to find out years down the line that you've damaged your knee and you'll be walking with a limp or something for the rest of your life. Always err on the side of caution!
I've never twisted my knee, but I've badly bruised it before. Ibuprofen & lots of rest is the best remedy for home remedies, but if it does get worst, I would recommend seeing a doctor. It's definitely not nice to experience.
Maybe once or twice, but I think it was due to the fact that I received other major injuries at the same time.
