If you have been enjoying the Zombies mode that is available on Call of Duty Mobile then it might be time to get as many games in as you can because it is set to be axed in an upcoming update.

The game, which released in October 2019 for Android and iOS devices, will lose the game mode, with the developer always having said that it was a somewhat limited-time mode.

“We had always mentioned it was limited but with no explicit end-date. We wanted to see the reception, see the feedback, and see how we can potentially shape the mode for the future. However, the mode just didn’t reach the level of quality that we desire. The second map, Nacht Der Untoten, is also not releasing in the global version.”

Players will have time until the 25^th of March to get in as many Zombies games as they can. The developers did confirm in the Community Update that it may return at some point in the future “once we can make sure it is high enough quality”. Until such time, the developers will be mainly focusing on Multiplayer, Battle Royale, and the Ranked mode.

A new Battle Pass season has arrived. Players that purchase the Battle Pass will be able to earn Soap as a character (you may remember him from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare).
