The third expansion pack for Battlefield 1, Turning Tides, will be released in two different waves - the first wave coming to all platforms on the 11th of December for Battlefield 1 Premium Pass owners.

Players will be able to "experience battles on land, in the air, and at sea, on the newest front for Battlefield™ 1™ as Battlefield 1 Turning Tides comes ashore". Two new maps will be released with the expansion pack including Cape Helles and Achi Baba, alongside 6 new weapons, 2 melee weapons and a L-Class Destroyer. "In a new Operation set on these maps, you can take part in the 1915 British amphibious assault of the Gallipoli peninsula".

The second wave will be released sometime during January 2018 and will see players being deployed in the North Sea to tackle more new maps: Zeebrugge and Heligoland Blight. Players will "get to charge into battle with the new Royal Marines and spawn on the C-Class Airship to deliver death from above".

Battlefield 1 Premium pass owners will receive a two-week head start and will then be available to purchase as a standalone expansion pack once the two weeks are finished.
