It’s the 5^th anniversary of Mad Max: Fury Road and to celebrate, CD Projekt Red has unveiled a new Mad Max inspired car for the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077.

Shared on the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account, the „Reaver” will be a custom-built Wraith gang vehicle that is based on Quadra Type-66 car. The vehicle will have almost 1000 horsepower and “you will ride eternal, shiny and chrome”.

The Quadra Type-66 will also be an original car available in the game, a picture of which was tweeted by the Cyberpunk 2077 lead quest designer Paweł Sasko.

The background location in the tweet is the Badlands area of the game and is our first glimpse at the area. The area will be situated just outside Night City and will feature two gangs – The Aldecados and the Wraiths.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release on the 17^th of September for both Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
