Horizon Zero Dawn 2 Will Have “Industry-Benchmark Graphics”

As we get closer to the launch of both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, we’re getting more information regarding upcoming releases and it looks like the sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn will have “industry-benchmark graphics”.

Guerrilla Games, the Dutch developer of the hugely popular Horizon Zero Dawn, has posted a job listing on their website that lets everyone know what they expect to come from their next game.

The job is for a Technical Vegetation Artist and as you can gather from that job title, the individual will “focus on the creation of lush and stunning vegetation”.

The individual will work for one of four teams that are dedicated to “creating stunning environments”. And to showcase how important the vegetation is, the individual should have “a love for nature and the outdoors that clearly reflects in your artwork”.

Whilst we still don’t have official confirmation of Horizon Zero Dawn, several reports including this job listing helps to suggest that Horizon Zero Dawn 2 is not far off. Several sources have reported that the sequel was originally set to be released for the PlayStation 4 but will now be a PlayStation 5 exclusive.

Are you looking forward to seeing what the Horizon Zero Dawn sequel is like? And will you be getting the PlayStation 5 to play it? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
