Epic has been working hard to keep what will be unveiled for the next season under wraps but it seems the majority of that work has been undone by Apple.

Eager eyed gamers caught a glimpse of what may be some major changes to the Battle Royale mode of Fortnite shown on Apple’s Italian App Store.

The image which appeared briefly has since been taken down but not before many gamers were able to have a look and obtain some screenshots.

The screenshots show a trio of players overlooking an area of what seems to be a complete overhaul of the Fortnite island featuring a large river and what seems to be boats. Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean the current map is overhauled but it’s hard to imagine that Epic would decide to keep two different maps in the game.

Epic has been teasing the new season, announcing that a special event, named The End, will be occurring at the end of the Season (this Sunday). And that would seemingly suggest that a new map would be arriving which helps to confirm that this leak may be legitimate.

Season 10 (after having been extended) will be coming to an end of the 13^th of October when the special event will also take place. Epic will be confirming/teasing us with more details as the day gets nearer.
