Ubisoft has announced the various content that will form the Far Cry 5 Season Pass that will come with the FC5 Gold Edition or available as an add-on purchase.

With the release date not too far off, Ubisoft has finally announced what players will receive with the Season Pass. Players will be given three "uncanny adventures: facing off against hordes of zombies, escape from behind Vietcong enemy lines, and save Earth from a Martian arachnid invasion".

  • Hours of Darkness: Players will travel back in time to Vietnam to battle against Việt Cộng soldiers
  • Dead Living Zombies: Players will face hordes of zombies in multiple b-movie scenarios
  • Lost on Mars: Players will leave Earth behind to go toe-to-claws with Martian arachnids

Far Cry 5 Season Pass

Additionally, Far Cry 5 Season Pass owners on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will receive the Far Cry 3 Classic Edition, whilst PC users will receive the full version of Far Cry 3. This will allow players to enjoy Far Cry 3 four weeks prior to it launching as a standalone purchase in Summer 2018.

Players can pick up the Season Pass by purchasing the Gold Edition of Far Cry 5 which retails at around £59 (standard edition is currently £48), which will also contain additional bonuses such as in-game cosmetics. Players may also pick up the Season Pass separately once the game launches although the standalone price hasn't been revealed by Ubisoft as yet.

Far Cry 5 is set to launch on March 27th, a month later than anticipated after Ubisoft announced it would be delaying the game to ensure it was perfect for players to enjoy on launch. Will you be buying the Season Pass?
