Crytek's Warface Will Get Its Own Battle Royale Mode

Posted Nov 13, 2017 by DarthHazard

With PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and Fortnite: Battle Royale doing so well with gamers, Crytek has announced that it's free-to-play shooter, Warface, will also be getting it's own Battle Royale mode to rival the two games.

The game mode was described as "experimental" by the developers and will also only be available for a limited time. Further details about the game mode are yet to be confirmed although it was confirmed that "you never know which gun you’re going to get". The game mode will also be "taking place on the largest PvP map ever seen in the game".

The game mode will be released in the next update although a release date hasn't been mentioned as yet. The mode will only be available for a limited time period, after which the developers will act on any feedback, "improve the game mode" and make it available again.

Will you be trying it out? Or do you think developers need to stop copying the Battle Royale idea?
